Duplo DF-870 Automatic Folding Machine
The DF-870 Folder is one of Duplo’s quietest tabletop folding machines. It features a speed of up to 241 sheets per minute and can process 11″ x 17″ sheets. The DF-870 utilizes a three-roller friction feed system to process a wide range of paper stocks and can also perform cross folds by reprocessing single-folded sheets and folding them in a second direction.
The DF‐870 Automatic Folder is the perfect complement to Duplo's existing line of tabletop folders. Utilizing the durable Duplo feed system, the DF‐870 offers fully automated setups, making it easier and faster to process jobs without any manual adjustments required.
The DF‐870 precisely folds documents such as brochures, menus, letters, and invoices at up to 241 letter‐size sheets per minute. Users can select from six of the preprogrammed folds for touch-and-go folding or customize their own for non‐standard folds. Cross-folding for right‐angle folds is also possible. The DF‐870 has five popular sheet sizes (letter, legal, ledger, 1/2 letter, and 1/2 legal) preprogrammed for quick setup and user convenience. Fold position adjustments are easily done via the control panel. Once the paper size and fold type are entered, the ejection roller automatically moves into position. With a friction feed system and adjustable paper and feed separator pressure controls, a wider range of paper stock up to 157 g/m2; can be fed with increased accuracy and consistency.
